How does this work?
You buy online, we immediately purchase your order from our supplier in NZ and we get it on the next available ship to Rarotonga. You only pay the price displayed on our website. We take care of all the rest. We update you by text or email of the progress of your order and once it arrives, you pick it up from our showroom in Arorangi. Its that simple.
Why do you guys have such low prices?
Our business is primarily web based and therefore does not incur the same day to day operating costs as a retail store. This allows us to offer you great prices.
What if the ship is delayed?
Unfortunately weather and ship mechanical problems do happen. There's not much anyone can do about that. You will get your goods later than planned but you will be notified of any delays by email or text.
Do you ship to the Pa Enua?
We will be adding shipping to the Outer Islands very soon. It's taking us a while to program it into the website and get accurate pricing. If you cant wait, contact us and we will do our best.
Do flat packed products come assembled?
Unfortunately this would take us time. We've strived to keep the price as low as possible and that's why the prices are as low as they are. Let us know if you'd like a price on anything assembled.
Are the displayed product images actual photographs of the product being sold?
While we do photograph a lot of products being sold through our website many photos used are supplied by our suppliers or manufacturers. Therefore all imagery shown on this site should be regarded as a visual example of the product being sold.
Do prices include delivery?
The prices shown require you to pick them up. We are able to deliver but there will be an additional charge depending on the size of the item that needs to be delivered. Let us know if you require this and we can price it for you.
I saw something online that you guys don’t have. Can you get it?
There is a good chance we will. Simply send an email to email@example.com include a product description and quantity. We will have a reply back to you asap. Alternatively give us a call during shop hours or pop in. We're aiming for a 48 hour turnaround time to try and find the best value and quality product for you.
How do I place an online order?
Our site has been setup to make online shopping and ordering simple and safe. To make a purchase simply click through to the product you are interested in and click "Add to Cart". Then simply follow the prompts through the checkout process.
Once we receive your order, an order confirmation email will be sent. This email will contain product price, quantities ordered, shipping costs, and shipping address as supplied in your registration details. Please ensure you registered email or phone number is correct and active to receive updates and the receipt.
What kind of payment methods does Next Shipment accept?
Credit Cards online. Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept bank deposits through, BCI, BSP & ANZ in New Zealand for customers based there. In store we can accept cash and cheques but all purchases will still need to be completed through the website.
Does Next Shipment have a store?
We have a showroom in Arorangi. The showroom is simply that. You get to see the quality of the products we are selling and you can buy some items there as well but the real store is this website for the full range.
Do you offer discounted prices for bulk purchases?
Absolutely! Size does matter in this area. Email firstname.lastname@example.org, call or pop in to see if you would qualify.
Where will my stuff be shipped from?
Orders are primarily shipped from Auckland in New Zealand. We also offer an Airfreight option for an additional charge. Contact us for an air freight price.
What happens if the ship is delayed?
Unfortunately some things are out of our control. Boat schedules rely on the weather and can also be affected by boat break downs. This will happen from time to time. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any big delays as soon as possible and our staff will call you as soon as your product(s) arrive.
What happens if Next Shipment cannot get the product or the supplier price has changed?
Unfortunately the supplier does run out of stock from time to time. The supplier prices can also increase as well without notice. If this is the case we will offer you the option of a full refund and we will put together some other options as similar as possible to the original product purchased.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
How to return/exchange an item
Once you purchase on the website/store (Futureproof Enterprises trading as Next Shipment), the item cannot be returned or exchanged for anything other than a product defect as covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act
We want you to be happy with your purchase and there is good news on this front. You are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We value you business so as well as the consumer guarantees act cover, let us know if you have any problems with your product and we'll do what we can to put it right.
Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind refunds or refunds for things out of our control (weather, mechanical breakdowns or anything else we cant control). If you have any questions what so ever, please email or call us. We're happy to help.
