Shipping Policy

All your purchases are shipped from NZ to Rarotonga. The time this takes varies but the estimated time of arrival is given as a guide on the home page. Weather and mechanical problems as well as customs or wharf problems may delay the arrival of your products which we cannot control but we'll update you every step of the way.  

Once your goods arrive, you will receive a text or email letting you know it's available for pick up from our showroom during the local friendly hours M-F 3-7pm and Sat 1-5pm. We can deliver for an additional $15. Delivery is free on all orders over $1,000.
