The $119,000 (or $115,000 if you have your own container) package includes the container home, one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, roof, pile foundations, 2.4m deck & even lighting on the deck. Let us take care of it all. Materials will be shipped from NZ and then it'll take 4 weeks to complete the build once it arrives complete with a Next Shipment guarantee.
As standard it has one sliding exterior door with an optional extra to add another. It's fully insulated and comes with LED lighting, indoor & outdoor power points & we've even added a maintenance box complete with a water blaster, mop & bucket to help make this a home that stand the test of time. All included in the price.
All the specifications for the bathroom, kitchen and everything else is below. The bathroom comes with a shower, vanity, toilet & washing machine connections. The kitchen includes a sink, cupboards, pantry & bench. The interior walls have a beach bach feel to it with the stylish on trend painted v-groove ply (pictured below).
You provide flat land suitable for building and we can take care of the rest. Sloping sections will attract an additional charge. Simply connect your services and you’re good to go!
We're happy to make the process easier for those of you that are overseas and want to build. For an added cost we can take care of it all.
The permits, electricity/water/phone connections, septic tank as well. We won't be able to provide a price on this until we know where the land is and how far away from connections the home will be. This service is not included in the price & if you are looking to keep costs at a minimum you will be better off doing this yourself.
