Get into the Tiny Home Living Movement in style from our premium container home range. Made in Australia to Australian/NZ standards and shipped to you in the Cook Islands.
The fully self contained 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom container home is more spacious than the 2 bedroomed option and includes every option right down to the soft close kitchen drawers. Storage is king in this home with a tall pantry and ample cabinetry. Designed to maximise light and space and provides exceptional value as a fully self contained home or holiday accommodation.
Features include large format sliding doors and windows with a large picture window in the bedroom behind the cargo doors, giving you ultimate views with privacy and security. Upon opening the cargo doors you will reveal the amazing large window for the perfect morning view or afternoon sunset.
The roof on this deluxe model is convex in the centre and drains to the sides as there are no edge rails above the roof line. With the older containers water would pool on the roof (albeit fresh water). There’s no requirement to add a roof over these. Although we do have a roof as an optional extra which will fully cover the container & deck (if you choose to upgrade) for outdoor living.
The design includes a full kitchen, free standing oven and cook top, range hood as well as a bathroom and laundry area. The stylish fixtures and fittings in the images are included.
As standard it is fully insulated and comes with LED lighting, power points and a safety switch. You can choose the exterior colour which will also be completed in Australia.

All this including delivery to an easily accessible section. There is a wait time for the build to happen in Australia as well as the delivery time from Australia to Rarotonga. At the moment its around 14 weeks but may be quicker or longer depending on when their Covid restrictions end and demand at the time of the order.

$33,500 : Pile Foundations, Roof and Composite Deck: Pile foundations are 800mm off the ground & includes Black Jack pile protection. Decking runs the length of the container home & is 2.4m wide. Best of all we'll be using Composite decking. An Eco Friendly alternative to timber decking that uses 100% recycled material (plastic & discarded rice husks), has low water absorption has very low maintenance costs and has a 15 year warranty with 100% replacement.
