All our homes are built in Steel Frame. Every home includes all materials, full build, septic, water tank, consents, Starlink and a live video feed so you can watch your home take shape any time from anywhere. 

We handle everything — you just turn the key and move in.

We have build crews also in Aitutaki. Builds there are an additional 10% to cover extra charges for freight etc
