locations with minimal power available. High-powered gas burners provide the equivalent 
power to that of an electric version, ensuring no loss of steam pressure during busy serving

LPG System Key Features: 
• Highest powered LPG system in the world provides unrivalled output of coffee, hot 
water and steam. 
• Full NZ Gas Safety Certification, these units are not gas conversions and are built 
specifically for mobile use 
• LPG-fuelled burner, equivalent to approx 4kw electrical power rating, fitted with 
electronic ignition and flame failure safety device. 
• Boiler pressure is controlled by a gas pressure valve set at 1.0 bar, with a low flame 
adjustment which controls the gas burner. (Please note: a 2.75kw gas pressure 
regulator must be fitted prior to installation of the machine.) 
• Only 350w of power used in gas mode.  
Other Key Features: 
• Change between gas and electricity simply by the flick of a switch. 
• In electricity mode, the boiler is heated by a multiple-looped 2850w which requires a 
15 Amp supply. 
• Top quality 14 litre copper boiler 
• Pressure is controlled by a triple-contact pressure switch. 
• Automatic water level system with probe, electronic control unit and solenoid valve. 
• Water and steam pressure separately controlled by brass safety valves. 
• Brass-bodied group with stainless shower plate, solenoid valve and high-pressure 
pump. 
• Thermosyphonic circulation ensures the group is kept constantly hot for 
excellent coffee making. 
• Case, waste and cup tray manufactured from stainless steel 304. 
• Flip-down espresso tray for use with the high group feature to ensure excellent
