Building : We understand that building can be a daunting process. That's why we are here to help! We will send you an email link with application forms for all consents required ensuring a smooth experience for you.

We also have access to a fantastic build crew who can provide a turnkey quote. While these services come at an additional cost, we can assist you obtaining a detailed price estimate from the crew that has built our kitset in the video below.

What will you get? The Mahana kitset studio arrives with the following:

Studio Kitchen: cupboard, cupboard doors, benchtop, sink, tapware, plumbing materials, electrical materials, power point, gib interior, recessed lighting and vinyl flooring.

Studio Living: gib interior, recessed lighting, vinyl flooring, electrical materials, aluminium sliding door, ceiling fan, power point, and TV aerial input.

Bathroom: aqualine interior, 900x900 shower, vanity, toilet, mirror with cupboard, tapware, fixtures and fittings, window, recessed lighting.

Deck: 2m wide pine in the length of the studio, exterior lighting with a roof.

Plumbing: all plumbing materials (pipes, tapware, sink, connectors, etc).

Electrical: all electrical materials (wiring, switches, power points, etc).

Exterior Cladding: treated V groove ply and paint.

Framing: steel framing including floor plate and screws.

Flooring: vinyl flooring and adhesive glue for the full interior (upgrades available).

Insulation: polystyrene panels, sislation wrap and batts.

Roofing: zincalume including all flashings and screws, outdoor TV antennae.

Water: gas water heater and water filter.

Interior Cladding: gib and aqualine for interior including all screws and paint.

Cooling: 1 x ceiling fan.

Foundation: timber piles.
