If I change my mind can I cancel the purchase?
Once you have paid for the item, you have bought it and own it. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel the transaction once the payment has been made. We have been working on making the process from purchase to arrival as quickly as possible.
As soon as you make payment, we have an automated email which purchases and pays for the item immediately from the the supplier. We have created this automated process to ensure the item gets to the wharf on time and to you for the next shipment.
If there is something faulty with the product can I return it?
Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is something faulty with the product, we will fix it!
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you may be entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded. You also have the full protection of the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act here in the Cook Islands.
